Strawberry Protein Cupcakes

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Whisk together dry ingredients (through baking powder) in a medium mixing bowl. Blend together strawberries and remaining wet ingredients (through coconut oil) untilsmooth. Mix together wet and dry ingredients until combined. Lightly spray wells of a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.  Divide batter between prepared wells and bake for 20-30 minutes. While cupcakes cool, mix together frosting ingredients until smooth.Spread frosting over cupcakes. Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

DIRECTIONS WHISK together dry ingredients (through baking powder) in a small mixing bowl.  MIX in wet ingredients (through milk) until combined. SPOON batter into a large mug lightly coated with cooking spray.  MICROWAVE for 1:30-1:45 minutes (1000 watts).While cake cools, mix together ingredients for chocolate sauce (optional).  Top with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
