Im giving this product 5 stars. It’s super mellow and helps you to fall asleep and stay asleep. But it’s also not so strong that you can’t fight it if something comes up. It actually does do what it says on the bottle and increases light sleep, but that comes at a cost of less rem sleep. So you won’t dream as much :(((( But otherwise it works. And you have like a 50:50 chance of either waking up alert and focused, or like normal morning grogginess. So sometimes it’s a plus in that category as well.

I've recently started going to the gym before work, this requires getting up at 3:30am. I also work 13 hour shifts. Since I have started to take Rem Pm I can see a difference. I'm normally in bed by 10:30pm and I'm wide awake until 1 or 2am trying not to keep my husband up. Since I started taking Rem Pm a half hour before I lay down for bed I'm already tired and once my head hurts the pillow I'm out and when I wake up I'm fully rested and ready for the day no mid afternoon naps with my kids anymore.

So, I have an extremely hard time falling asleep. I've tried a lot of different techniques and a lot of different "supplements," both herbal and medical and prescription. This is one of the few things that has worked, and it's great! My quality of sleep is enhanced, not just the amount of sleep, which is amazing. Even my husband takes it when he feels the need. I like that it's a thermogenic, and that's why I bought it, but I *love* the quality it brings to my sleep.

I've recently started going to the gym before work, this requires getting up at 3:30am. I also work 13 hour shifts. This makes it difficult to get the hours of sleep I want (there just isn't enough time in the day). I felt a difference after the first night of using the Rem-pm supplement. Even though I only get 5-6 hours of sleep on worknights, I've been having deep and quality sleep without feeling too groggy when that 3:30am alarm goes off.
