Welcome to the Fit in 60 Challenge
This Friday we officially begin - so let's make sure you know how this works!
Here are the rules to the challenge:
45 Minute Workout Every Day
No days off. Look, we got 60 Days to get in the best shape of our lives. No excuses, we are going to do it. These workouts can be cardio, weight training, or both. You decide what is best for your goals. But regardless - DO THE WORK.
If you need some help with workouts - we will be providing weekly workouts in the Discord / FB Groups.
Follow A Diet
Stick to a healthy diet - if you need help with this. I will post a sample diet in the Discord & FB Groups.
If you don’t know what food to buy - look at my post in the groups. I have a preloaded Instacart grocery list for both Costco & Kroger shoppers.
2 Minutes Cold Water Every Day
Whether it's cranking the shower to as cold as possible, getting in your pool, or an actual cold plunge. There are countless benefits to cold water therapy from stubborn fat loss, mental acuity, & physical toughness. You got this - bite the bullet and get in that cold water!
No Alcohol or Cheat Meals
Yep ZERO for 60 Days! You got this. Don’t cheat yourself - you deserve to feel and look great. We will only be putting GOOD FUEL into our bodies for the next 60 days.
Take A Progress Picture Every Week
The only time you should look back - is to see how far you have come. We will be posting our progress pictures in the Discord / Facebook groups every week. We are going to hold each other accountable and make sure we are staying on track. If you want to go one step further - get a Dexa Scan to start.
