I actually bought this for my boyfriend, he has issues with his stomach and cant hardly eat a thing without being sick shortly after. He has been taking this about 2 weeks now and not a single problem eating since he started it! He will not go a day without it from now on! He did say its not the greatest thing to drink (taste similar to gritty unsweetened tea) but he just adds it to about a half bottle of water to get it down faster (he drinks tons of water through out the day anyway).
I can tell a difference in my stomach and bloating. It does however, have a slight taste when you mix it with water.
I'm into my second bottle taking it five days a week. I'm not sure what it does, but I'm not planning to quit and find out. It does taste like the water that's left over after you cook spinach but you eventually get used to it. For me I have found that just enough room temp water to suspend the product and I can have it down in two gulps. I tried mixing with iso-aminos, cool water, and with yogurt but ended up going back to the room temp water.
