Makes 1 serving

2 tbsp. rolled oats
1 tsp. calorie-free sweetener (like Truvia)
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. buttery spread (like Smart Balance)
20g MAN Sports Cinnamon Crunch whey protein powder
2 tbsp. calorie-free sweetener (like Truvia)
3 tbsp. oat flour
1 tbsp. almond flour (or more oat flour)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp. (1 large) egg white
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Coat an over-sized mug well with cooking spray.
2. Combine streusel ingredients in a bowl, then press into the bottom of your mug.
3. Add dry cake ingredients to a bowl, then add wet ingredients and mix.
4. Pour cake batter into mug over top streusel.
5. Microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes until cake feels spongey to the touch.
6. Tip mug over onto a plate and add additional toppings if desired (chopped apple, melted almond butter… whatever you like). Enjoy!
