Workout Starts at (30 seconds)
1. *Warm up – None stop circuit for each leg – 100 rep glute circuit
25 of each movement / 100 total reps for each leg.
1st- 25 straight up kick back
2nd- 25 diagonal kickback
3rd- 25 fire hydrant
4th- 25 pulses at the top
2. Dumbbell Sumo squat – 4 sets of 12 (1:03)
3. Bulgarian Split Squat (1:45)
4 sets of 10 of each leg
*Last set 10 second hold
4. Single leg Cable kickbacks – 4 sets of 12 (2:40)
5. Burnout Jumping Lungs (3:15)
(ropes optional for advanced training)
*10 each leg or 30 seconds timed.

Just like a pretty smile or clear skin, there are people born with a genetic booty advantage, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible to improve your glutes.
