Workout:
– Leg Press 5-8 reps
With Sand Bag Slams x 45 seconds

– Lunges with resistance
With knee tuck jumps x 45
– Pull- UPS 5-8reps
With Med Ball Wall Slams 15reps each side
3 sets for each workout
Cardio
– Growler Sprints x 5 times
1min rest in between sprints
